คะแนนเฉลี่ย

Overview
- There are many kinds of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), for example, Thai and Chinese cafeterias, premium coffee shops with bakery goods, sandwich and salad, sandwich and bakery, and steak shops.
- Growth in the traditional fast-food business is not very high. On the other hand, the numbers of QSRs that combine bakery goods with beverages are increasing quickly along with the growing popularity of coffee among Thais. These establishments are also made popular by the variety of food products and by emphasizing popular new products. Thus many new such shops are being opened with investments by both established and new investors, leading to intensifying competition.
- QSRs are the fastest growing segment of the restaurant business in Thailand with an estimated market share of 20 percent by value. The business grew by only one to two percent over the last year. Nearly 90 percent of QSRs are traditional fast food franchises with chicken franchises accounting for 40 percent, hamburger franchises 20 percent, pizza franchises 15 percent, ice cream franchises 10 percent, and others 15 percent. Currently there are over 1,000 traditional fast-food restaurants in Thailand while the remaining 10 percent of QSRs provide a variety of types of food.
