Remarks: *Estimated

Thailand's domestic market for coffee products is still worth pursuing, given the relatively low coffee consumption among Thais, at less than 0.5 kilogram per year, equivalent to approximately 130-150 cups a year. It is anticipated that only 30 percent of the total population in Thailand drink coffee, so market growth opportunities are still plentiful. As more intense market competition is possible, coffeemakers will have to adapt their marketing strategies, both proactively and responsively, to better cope with the changing market situation.
