The SET index rebounded slightly late in the week, ending at 1,690.04 points, down 0.93% over-week. The average daily trading value was THB54,578.80 million, that being 5.39% higher. The mai closed at 434.63 points, decreasing 0.64% over-week.
The SET index dropped early to midweek as institutional and foreign investors sell-offs amid concerns on Turkey's currency crisis. However, the index rebounded partly later amid signals toward Thailand's election progress and the new round of US-China trade negotiations. They also supported overall regional stock markets.
