The average daily trading value was THB49,466.48 million, down 19.33% over-week. The mai closed at 302.33 points, down 1.75% over-week.The SET dropped early in the week due to the steep decline of Thailand's GDP for 2Q20, before rising later on hopes towards additional domestic stimulus measures. However, the SET dropped again around midweek on sell-offs of foreign investors, plus concerns towards the COVID-19 situation, domestic political issues and tensions between the US and China. The SET rebounded somewhat at the end of the week in line with other regional markets.
