The average daily trading value was THB58,852.12 million, down 9.89% over-week. The mai closed at 220.22 points, up 2.62% over-week.The SET fluctuated upwardly throughout the week, although it was weighed by concerns over economic recession at home and abroad as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic early in the week and around midweek. However, the SET rose during the rest of the week, supported by optimism towards Thailand's third stimulus package to cope with the COVID-19 impact and energy share purchases following the surge in global oil prices, on hopes of talks between OPEC and its allies to stabilize oil prices.
