KResearch estimates that these projects will help: 1) increase Thailand’s renewable electricity generation by up to 1.4 times, and 2) reduce household electricity bills by around 50–60 percent. Although the four projects are expected to have a relatively limited impact on promoting the widespread use of renewable energy, they represent an important first step towards expanding clean electricity usage and reducing energy costs for the public in the long term.
