The trade war is not over: China’s exports contracted in October 2025, but shipments to Thailand and Vietnam remained strong (Business Brief No.4213 Full Ed.)

คะแนนเฉลี่ย
  • China’s exports fell to -1.1 percent YoY in October 2025, down from 8.3 percent YoY in September, due mainly to waning front-loading effects. Exports to the US continued to decline, while shipments to other markets also began to lose momentum.
  •  The US-China trade agreement may temporarily ease tensions, but the trade war is not over.
  • KResearch anticipates that China’s shipments to the US will contract further over the final two months of 2025, while overall export growth will likely moderate after front-loading earlier in the first ten months of the year.
